To ensure satisfaction, your decision to accept or return the order must be made at the time of delivery.

You are encouraged to open the package and check your item(s) thoroughly while the courier is present.

The entire return/exchange process happens only before the courier leaves your location. Once the courier leaves, no further returns or exchanges will be accepted.

Important: Partial returns are not allowed. You must either accept the entire order or return it in full.

Delivery fees have to be paid in all situations.
